We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from the Good Dog Store, so we have a 14-day return policy.

If you are unsatisfied with any purchase you have made from us for any reason, please get in contact with us via email: hello@gooddogbehaviour.com.au for a full refund, exchange, or store credit within 14 days of shipment.

• Items must be returned in original new condition including all original packaging.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• All return shipping charges must be prepaid.
• Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift certificates.
